John Albert


Mr. Albert is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy, secured transactions, and lien law as applied in agricultural settings. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditor’s rights.

He has represented lender and growers in complex agricultural bankruptcies such as the Agripac and AgriBioTech cases. His major clients include Northwest Farm Credit Services, First Federal Savings & Loan, McMinnville, and the Oregon Grass Seed Bargaining Association.

Mr. Albert is an avid runner, fly fisherman, and a USSF certified soccer referee.
