Practice

Russ maintains a broad practice and serves clients in the areas of complex estates and business succession planning, insurance coverage, and civil litigation.  He is a frequent speaker and presenter on issues related to complex estate and insurance matters.

He is dedicated to helping his estate planning clients plan for life or disability, deal with death, avoid family conflict and leave a legacy for their loved ones.

Russ uses his background of over 20 years of litigating matters on behalf of insurance companies to provide comprehensive advice on complex issues involving insurance coverage. He has substantial experience litigating commercial, construction, and real estate claims in courts throughout the Western United States.

Russ is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington, California, and Idaho.
