Larraina focuses her practice on estate planning, general business matters, real property transactions, entity formation, and contract review and formation.
Having been born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Larraina is passionate about serving the local community. Whether she is developing an estate plan, forming a new business, or handling a complex real estate or business transaction, Larraina believes her role is first and foremost to listen and understand each client’s needs and goals. This enables her to work collaboratively with her clients to provide estate planning and legal advice that is tailored to each client’s particular circumstances and desires.
Before becoming an attorney, Larraina worked in the fast-paced financial technology industry in Portland. With her business background, Larraina recognizes how important it is to find practical business solutions to complex legal problems. She enjoys helping her clients’ businesses thrive and contribute to the economic growth of the Willamette Valley.
In her free time, Larraina enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family, reading, and taking her kids to visit her husband at his fire station.
