Practice
After decades of serving clients through his own practice, Con Lynch and his legal professional team joined Sherman Sherman Johnnie & Hoyt, LLP, bringing a wealth of experience in estate planning, business succession planning, and business transitions. Con helps business owners, farmers, ranchers, and families navigate one of the most significant challenges they will ever face: successfully transitioning a business to the next generation or new ownership. With more than 35 years of experience, he works closely with clients to develop practical strategies that preserve relationships, protect legacies, and position businesses for long-term success.
Con’s passion for succession planning is deeply personal. After watching his own family’s ranch leave the family rather than pass to the next generation, he dedicated his career to helping others avoid the same outcome whenever possible. That experience shaped his thoughtful, collaborative approach to planning and his commitment to understanding each client’s unique goals, history, and relationships.
Con’s practice focuses on estate planning, business succession planning, and advising closely held businesses, family farms, and ranches through ownership transitions. He is committed to helping clients prepare for the future with practical, customized solutions that protect what they have built while supporting the people and relationships that matter most.
