On July 22, 2011 SSJH attorney Gina Johnnie will deliver the first segment of an all-day seminar organized by the Oregon State Bar to educate attorneys about getting paid on debts outstanding and collecting on money judgments for their clients. A money judgment is an important debt collection tool— a court order that awards a plaintiff a sum of money.
An experienced practitioner of creditor’s rights law, Gina regularly advises her business and individual clients on securing and protecting their financial interests to avoid situations requiring debt collection and, when necessary, how to get paid on debts owing.
